Free eye care for families who cannot afford it

We run free eye camps, treatments and sight-restoring surgeries across rural Punjab. Alongside healthcare, we support families with food, clean water and environmental work.

Care for every life, in every village

Your support pays for medical care, restores eyesight and brings hope to families who have run out of options.

One surgery can give a lifetime of sight

From rural outreach to the operating table, we work to make sure no one loses their vision simply because they could not pay for treatment.

About us

Restoring vision, and dignity, one patient at a time

Zainab Memorial Welfare Society is a non-profit society working out of Aroti, Pirmahal. We provide free eye treatments and surgeries to people who would otherwise go blind from conditions that are entirely treatable.

Camps that reach the village, not the city

We set up where patients already are, so distance and transport cost stop being a reason to go untreated.

Nothing is charged to the patient

Screening, medicines, spectacles and surgery are covered in full by donors and partner hospitals.

Our mission

Treatment should never depend on what a family earns

We exist to close the gap between people who need eye care and people who can pay for it. Everything we run is free at the point of use, and everything we spend is reported back to the donors who made it possible.

  • Free screening, treatment and surgery for every patient we accept
  • Camps held in the villages themselves, not only at district hospitals
  • Food, water and education support for the same households

Our vision

A district where nobody goes blind from a treatable condition

We are working towards a future where quality eye care reaches every village in our district, regardless of what a family can afford, and where preventable blindness is caught early rather than managed late.
